I left a banner outside of the MES after my exhibition finished.
個展終了後バナーをMESの外に設置した。
As I promised Akiq and Anang before, myself and Itaru-san made a Japanese traditional kite together before my leaving. In Japanese we call a kite "Tako". Tako has also a meaning of octopus. When I researched about a Japanese kite online, I found a description that some people call a kite "Ika" which means squid in Japanese. I found interesting about it. I suggested Itaru-san to make a painting of the octopus on it. My drawing of the octopus below.
アキとアナンに以前宣言した通り、日本の伝統的な凧を格さんと作った。日本語で発音が同じ通り凧は蛸に関係しているのかなと思い、ネットを検索したら、日本で一部の人は凧をイカと呼ぶという記述を発見した。興味深く思い、凧に蛸の絵を描くのを格さんに提案した。下は自分の蛸のスケッチ。
Because Itaru-san is a painter, I asked him to paint the octopus. Itaru-san inspired Akiq's daughters with his painting. They started painting on the wall beside him.
格さんは画家なので、彼に蛸を描いてもらうように頼んだ。格さんがアキの娘たちに影響を与えたのか、彼女たちも格さんの横で壁に絵の具を塗り始めた。
So I gave them a paper to paint. Myself and Itaru-san have got impressed with a cool abstract painting with their fingers. They must be inherited artistic talent from their father.
なので、二人に絵を描くための紙をあげた。自分と格さんの二人とも、指を使って描くアキの娘二人のカッコいい抽象画に驚愕する。お父さんの芸術的才能を受け継いでいるに違いないと思った。
They started playing with my kinetic work.
彼らは自分のししおどしで遊び始めた。
They also liked my bathroom.
彼らは自分のトイレも気に入っていた。

I visited Fajar's family's house as his mother cooked the domestic lunch for me. I told them their son has helped me everyday while my residency with saying "Thank you very much!"
ファジャーのお母さんがお昼ご飯を作ってくれたので、ファジャーの家族の家を訪ねた。彼らの息子が自分のレジデンス中、毎日助けてくれたことを話して感謝の気持ちを伝えた。
I can cry with watching following two videos. See you everybody in MES 56 and their friends! I will never forget my amazing time there.
この二つのビデオを見て泣いた。MESの皆と彼らの友達の皆、さようなら！MESで過ごした素晴らしい時間を、自分は決して忘れることはないだろう。
